Federal Process Corporation was founded in 1915 as a manufacturer of pipe thread sealants developed specifically for the emerging petroleum manufacturing and distribution industry. Everseal^™ pre-applied liquid thread sealant is UL listed for use in a variety of systems, including methane, butane, propane, natural gas and water. The Everseal Coating System (ECS III) sets the standard in automated pre-applied sealant application by saving time and money while virtually eliminating part rejection resulting from misapplied sealant.

J&B Products^™

In 1996, Federal Process acquired J&B Products, one of the country's leading specialty manufacturers of plastic plumbing fittings used in residential and commercial drain-line applications. J&B's products are sold through a variety of distribution channels, including the plumbing wholesale, recreational vehicle and manufactured housing markets. In 1999, J&B purchased the rights to the Allen Tubular brand for the plumbing wholesale market. In 2003, Federal Process merged Schaul Specialties, a distributor of plumbing specialty products, into J&B Products. In recent years, J&B has expanded into the decorative plumbing market through a line of exclusive, European-influenced specialty plumbing fixtures and accessories, marketed under the JB Signature brand.
